Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Unfortunately Covid-19 related delays are real and can affect your shipment. Please keep this in mind although The Wonder Moon does everything to ensure we get those packages to you as fast as we can.

Shipping will be calculated at time of checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within 3 miles of 91367. For orders under $75, we charge for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from fixed days from 9 to 12. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location in Calabasas. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our local pickup hours are 9 am to 6 pm on Mondays to Fridays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 to 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thewondermoon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
